When you start an OD as commish does it make you pick a team?

It does, plus would be nice to know the teams picked beforehand so I can do custom conferences so teams aren't bunched into one conference or have a lone user team in a conference.

only thing I can think is to load roster on main screen (not Dynasty). Then go into exhibition and flip through the teams. I don't mind doing it and posting, but I won't be back till 2am. If we can get everything figured out and ready tonight then draft tomorrow?

Why don't you send out the invitations and let everyone look at teams and then when everybody decides you, retire the dynasty. Once teams have been decided.

Here ya go. I just thought this would be easier to physically look at and let people write down a few teams just in case their team gets chosen first.
