My opinion is 3 star unranked or 85 and below unranked.

Here we I go, I erased cleared it all out since I accidentally left Peaster out and re-entered the names and the random order is the second box.

Lots of good jobs that are 4 star that are 85 OVR and under.
There is one 5 star that is 84 OVR
Lots of 3 star schools that are ok just not teams most would want to play with.
We will need to come to a consensus and choose.

Prestige matters when recruiting. Team ratings don't. That's why I think we should go unranked 3 star or less.

So are we joining with random teams to check out the rosters then joining back up with our teams we picked?

I think you could pick a 1 star team just to look at rosters. Don't pick anything else, so people can look at all other teams.
He just sent this out so people could see what teams are going to be available. Then send the real invites out after we pick teams later on.

Yeah pretty much then once the teams are picked I'll delete this one and invite for another with conferences realigned with user teams.

I was checking out teams that were 3 star, unranked, no higher than 85 ovr. No matter our requirements, that's what I think I'll go with.
