Graphics are freaking insane now days. The game play visuals are phenomenal

They most certainly are. Cyrax is my favorite character. I'm so glad is in it, but I'm disheartened that he's not a playable character.

They're calling them brothers on Netherrealm's official MK1 website. Seems to indicate blood relatives, not "brothers in arms."

I'm not a big fan of that either. I want Hanzo to be Scorpion. Hopefully I'm reading too much into this.

Maybe they're adopted brothers. Smoke seems to have been adopted into the Lin Kuei in this new story so maybe that happened with Hanzo too.

Would make no sense to me. Scorpion is a very popular character. I imagine the reaction to this change would not be positive.

Game looks amazing but I'm not sure I will be able to keep up with the speed.

Especially with people zipping on and off screen. Admittedly I haven't played many fighters since the original MK Trilogy. Just seems like its a little too frenetic for me.

Wrong. You're thinking of the Fatal Blows. They're involved in the animation and it seems to be a mix of the Fatal Blow from MK11 and the X-Ray super moves from MK9 and MKX. The Kameos themselves in game play are much more than that. The Kameos have four preset moves, pressing Rb or R1 and then the four directions on the Dpad. Some of them are to help extend combos, or help start combos with a pop up, or can be there to make unsafe moves (moves you use that if blocked or whiffed that leave you wide open to be punished) safe.

It's quite interesting but fighting games that have used a similar system in the past have always been boiled down to everyone using the same 3-4 Kameos because they're the best instead of using the entire 20 something roster of Kameos. Also, just because characters are Kameos, doesn't mean they can't be a part of the main roster.

Li Mei, Baraka, Tanya trailer just released at Comic Con.

Even if i hated the series, which i dont..ive been playing it ever since seeing it in arcades back in 1992, some of you know what i mean..And with that said,..I would have bought it solely for Homelander.
