Monitor Recommendations

I've been using this monitor:
AOC i2367Fh
I really only play NBA 2k or some FPS every now and then. I tried going back to playing on my Vizio tv and the delay is unreal. So I'm looking to get something comparable to the linked monitor above, but obviously don't need anything over the top.
I am not sure what to look for in a monitor. Is the ms delay, the resolution, or the hz? If someone could help me out in determining which monitor would be best for me or just link me some good ones that aren't too expensive that would be great.
ETA: Also if this belongs on the tech board instead please feel free to move the thread, admins.

Why not just keep that one? You'll see little to no difference going to another one

It was my roommate's, I would get the same one but i didn't like how it had built in speakers that you couldn't turn off.

You can unplug the 3.5mm plug to deactivate the speakers btw

I have the Asus vg245. Freaking love it but I run it on console. I'd upgrade to a 144hz if running PC.

You're looking for ms response time of 1ms. I'm not sure about console gaming, but I upgraded to a 144hz monitor and the difference is amazing.

This is what I've been using on pc. If you're running console, you should worry more about response time (ms delay). The monitor I linked would be a bit overkill for console, but it's priced well and would be good for both console and pc.
