Man, Madden 19 is really hard

Running isn't hard. Just takes patience

I never was one of those guys. I’m running mostly inside zone and power plays. The d line gets a hand on my and then warps into a front frame, squared up, tackle where I get pushed back. Kind of annoying

Through six games of trying to run/pass 50/50....my longest run is 13 yards.

Now, I’ve never used the jukes or side steps. I always just truck

Is everyone in here playing in and online CFM or just doing offline franchises? I've always been in an online CFM but rarely can ever make the playoffs because I play 2x per week and i'm playing kids/college kids that have nothing to do besides go to school and play video games. Getting old sucks.

Ive noticed that you can’t cheese the system anymore and actually have to run where the play is designed to go. But I’ve also noticed that the juke stick and spin have been more effective in the past. I’m like the new system

The game needs to be patched badly. No matter who I play with, the RT has developed the habit of dropping in to pass block and just looking at the defensive end for a second before turning away and chasing a LB to the inside.

Sliding the line and keeping in a RB to block don't work either. I'm getting sacked 12-13 times a game on All-Pro.

Only if you are running a toss play.

Misdirection plays are completely worthless, even if you set them up with std runs.

Finished trial. Will not buy.

Haven't played this one, but I felt this way about Madden 25.

Granted I had a better time with Madden 17, but sometimes in their strive to make sports games hyper-realistic they loose some of the fun factor.

You guys need to make sure you are playing on simulation style and not arcade. Also turn up the use pass blocking and run blocking. Turn ints for the cpu down to 25.

The only thing I can say is just try the coaching adjustments and adjust your ballcarrier tendencies. I quit messing with all-Madden years ago because I realized how much bullshite it was.

You can tell the game designers have never really watched football because when I scramble for a first down in the open field, I always slide after I get the first down even if I can get more yards just so I can avoid a big hit and literally almost every time, I get hit high and late and I have never had a flag thrown and I've done it around 50 times or so.
