I've read a few of Ickes books. Some of it is way out there but some of it makes you think. It's deep rabbit hole.

so there's a new rumor.
we all know that Doc had recently signed a contract with Twitch that would keep him on the platform. the rumor is, since the Twitch's major competition is gone (Mixer), Twitch could possibly think they may have over paid for Doc to remain on the platform. therefore, went digging, found something ban worthy, and terminated the contract. now they're in mitigation.
what kind of piece of shite business would do that?
eta: another little caveat could be this. Doc lied about an offer from Mixer in March to get a contract from Twitch. it wouldn't make sense to get an offer in March with them going under in June.
Twitch texts Doc during the end of the last stream saying, "We know what you did. You're done."

I sincerely doubt either of those are accurate. If Doc leveraged Mixer to get a better offer from Twitch and Twitch made the offer, that’s on Twitch. That’s how negotiations work at nearly every level of employment across the board. If they truly didn’t value him up to a certain number, they would’ve let him walk.

Some companies continue business as usual right up to the point they shut the doors down so it wouldn't be unusual to sign someone in March and shut the doors in June.
Given the surge or metoo complaints in the gaming industry and Twitch purging anyone with any complaints against them, I wouldn't be surprised if Twitch will use a complaint to terminate Doc's contract. I'm sure there is a clause in the contract that allows the contract to be terminated if Doc does anything to hurt the Twitch image. Mixer collapsing does devalue the contract so they might be willing to use anything to end his contract.
All of the videos I've watched point to a metoo complaint even though NONE of them have any information. So Doc is being painted as a sexual assaulting monster with zero proof of any wrongdoing.
shite is getting as crazy with the metoo crap as the protesting crap. Angry Joe had claims made against him and the fricking claim was he asked for sex. WTF? He didn't attack anyone. He didn't harass an employee. He allegedly asked a chick who went with him to his hotel room to bang him. And that is considered a valid metoo moment by whom?
In 10 years, every dude on the planet is going to have to have a sexual contract signed and a video of the act to prove it was consensual.
