Realized last week i had 1 in my library with only a few hours played. 20 hours played now.

Enough to go ahead and pre order gold edition that includes all future DLC for 2. Looks like launch is tomorrow at noon.

I never finished the first one.

It was a pretty game too. I would just ride my horse around and not do missions.

Only 12 hours in. So far seems like same game as 1 with continued story, better visuals, and more detailed interface.

In othee words an actual sequel. I didnt finish 1 so there were some spoilers as to Henry's heritage and about 10 minutes worth of revisiting old story im flashbacks.

Only gripe really is the default blocking is different. I've been on a long chain quest to find my dog and doing a bunch of side quests to get money on the way.

I bit the bullet and bought the game since I liked the first one so much. How do you pull the sword out? All the buttons on my controller just make Henry have gay sex

Im sure this game gets good as you get leveled up, but right now Im not having much fun. The main thing is the way the game saves. I went off wondering opening up different areas of the map and died , so I had to do it all over again. I know there's potions for that, but it's just stupid imo. Another thing is trying to find somewhere to sleep. I couldnt find anywhere and when I did I would get woken up by the owner of the house. And when you do get to sleep it does t respawn your health unless it's a bed you own. All that crap is super frustrating.

Both the blacksmith and the miller fromt he mainquest will give you beds of your own as well as storage chest in each room. if you got gold edition all your dlc gear will be in the chest.

eventually youll get another bed at the gypsy camp if you do that side quest, it;s at the same place as the swordmaster that will teach you master strikes. or you can rent a room for the night or long term at any inn. a lot of camps along the road or in the woods where you can sleep without saving to regen health and energy.

I made a lot of money on archery tournaments, 90 greshen each time you win, and then 130 per round games of dice. then the save potions are only 15-30 each or you can brew your own if you want to pick the herbs.
