Yes after watching some gameplay. The main ranking person over the company or whatever is a woman. The next one in line or so is a black woman. The best MI6 driver and trainer of the course test is a woman. lol The main trainer dude is a black man. That was enough for me.

I like Judi Dench, but that sort of proves the modern Bond for modern audiences thing doesn't it.

Cast isn't terrible that I've seen. The "second in command" woman that dude was talking about is just Moneypenny, who is not second in command. The instructions she gives bond from the intro mission are just readouts from an AI that determines probabilities of success. She's really not doing much there and at that point bond isn't working for MI6, he's just in the military and is the only survivor of a crash who can help the situation. In fact, Bond's disregard for her orders is what gets him invited to the 00 program in the first place.
M is a woman, which is not breaking any new ground. The second in command is the dude who plays Sol in Snatch. I believe he was also in the walking dead
ETA: Some light spoilers in there I suppose, but that's all from the tutorial mission

I thought I did remember the first one for a second there. Turns out I was thinking of the dude who played Q.
I do like Fiennes in the role, but he's still playing M so I'm not sure if remembering him counts
