Just found my mint 3rd year Pistol Pete card. What do you think I can sell this to a ranter for?

I also have a pretty mint one of these somewhere. It's Magic and Bird's Rookie with Dr J thrown in there for some reason.

LOL sure.

My card is probably at last a 9. This 9.5 is worth $1500.

I need to send some of mine in for grading.

hey FWIW, I recently went through my parents house and they kept everything of mine. I made over $1,000 selling my old toys on Ebay. Transformers, Ghostbusters, etc.

I would sell they toys I have up there but would have a hard time letting go of my cards and comics.

I have two of these. They used to be worth $400-$500. It's that complete set in the binders in my pic.

Oh yea. I have tons of stuff if I went through it all. I know I have an Elway and Aikman rookie somewhere. A signed Mean Joe Green and tons of other stuff. A lot of my stuff is NBA because I was a huge fan as a Kid but I have some baseball and football in there as well. I have a Bo Jackson that used to be worth some money. It wasn't his rookie but it was worth something at some point.

I know my comics aren't going to be worth as much because I didn't keep them as mint as I did my cards with the exception of a few I bought just for collecting. I have never even read those.

How did it feel to see that pic and start reminiscing about your senior year in college?

I doubt it's that much. I might go back early one morning when the attic isn't so hot and dig around some more.

do people even buy trading cards? I mean I get the nostalgia for vinyl and things that have purpose, but trading cards are pieces of cardboard with shite printed on them. why in the world would you spend money on it today?
disclaimer I bought trading cards as a kid.

They still have card shows and a lot of cards being sold on Ebay and Amazon. It's the same as it ever was as far as collecting older cards.

Willy, I haven't hooked the consoles up yet. I am missing a power adapter for the NES, need to clean the Sega and find a game for it to test, and I need to clean the SNES up as well.

I did find my PS1 and it's mint and works fine.
