Would be a first that someone that suffered from these things went out accidentally from new meds.
If it really is accidental that is beyond wild.

For example, buying oxycodone, but it ends up being fentanyl.

Looks like a COVID lockdown death. It won't be recorded as such and we'll never have an accurate number of deaths and other harm these policies caused. Sad.

This type of thing will impact this country far, far longer and to a much larger extent than Covid ever will.
Only 36 and already a hell of designer/artist, and now gone.

Horizon was an amazing, groundbreaking game. The design and gameplay was refreshing, unique and loads of fun. What a major loss to the industry.
