Get those Merlin robes (apparently the last time?).
Make sure you have a Twitch account, link it to your WB account, and your console or PC. Stream starts at 4pm CST…not sure how long we have to watch for the drop:

What are you system specs? If you’ve got a pretty good gpu, you may just actually have your settings too low and not utilizing it enough. The game does skip around some.

No real fix. Just chugs a bit sometimes. I have RT turned off (badsad), but everything else ultra. 3440x1440. The two things I did to minimize the chugging it to set my GPU to maximize performance in the Nvidia control panel (so it doesn’t clock below 1710 no matter how much it wants to idle) and set a frame cap at 90fps. That keeps things smooth most of the time. But every once in a while, I’ll get some stupid drop to like 25fps for a few seconds. I just hang out for a few seconds for it to pass, then move on with life. Fortunately it’s never happened during a fight, always while exploring.

I am assuming you guys are a majority PC player base? It is really shitty ports don't often get the attention they deserve to launch alongside their console counterparts (Square is the absolute worst of this)and would be a reasonable stain for you to put on the game if it wasnt every single other game put out in who knows how long with a console focus first. I never had anything more than extremely rarely ignoring bugs and worst of all a not so common but noticed enough that only when warping to the room of requirements ps5 might crash

I turned fog and sky quality down to low. That seemed to help a decent amount. Plus, it helped somewhat with the bullshite fog bug. Population quality I moved to high. For whatever reason that made a huge boost without really seeming to look any different. But yea, until they have a real performance patch, it’s just going to be a thing.

The quick switch from clear to fog when I go from indoors to outdoors is honestly the most annoying graphical issue I’ve run into. Immediately immersion breaking.

Wrapped up the game today at lvl 36, though I still have a handful of side quests to do and a bunch of collection crap.
With that said, I'm mildly surprised that people had trouble with the last fight. Maybe it was because I was heavily spec'd into Ancient Magic, but I found it to be very easy, even on Hard. Honestly, it was a bit anticlimactic

I thought the same. Using the ancient magic and dark magic made pretty much every fight seem very easy. In the final fight I didn't even use a single potion to heal up. Went through the entire game and didn't use a single one of any of the other potions to help you in fights.
I've started a 2nd play though and am working on actually doing every side mission, every collection, etc. I ignored a lot of that the first time through just getting through the main story. I am using absolutely no dark magic and am basically trying to focus on using potions, the plants, and regular spells. Trying to not even use the ancient magic very much. The plants and potions when you use talents to improve them feel borderline OP. They can take down some enemies on their own. The ability to just roll around at will and never take damage makes things too easy as well.

I did this, 1440p, ultra, capped at 125fps...doesn't seem to be an issue any longer.

Is this game ever challenging? I don’t know what difficulty I’m on but I keep killing adult wizards on the reg with the basic attack and never get hit

Anyone who considers themselves a decent gamer should play on Hard. And honestly, even hard is a bit easy for my liking. It would be nice for them to add a more difficult NG+ mode.

Nah, it’s incredibly easy on the hardest mode tbh. It’s felt like nothing more than a collecting and puzzle solving game.

Like rolling dodges everything but also it tells you to press y and that blocks any attack I don’t see how you could get killed
