Yes, it lowers the rendering, which is why I increased the sharpening amount. The Quality will render it at 67%. I agree it is dumb that the game just runs better instead of just running at the native quality, but it is what it is. If you are having issues with how the game is running, give it a shot. Everything that i've seen has recommended that. I've tried turning it off and then turning it on and increasing the sharpening, the game ran much better with it on and I couldn't tell much of a difference visually. If you are more concerned with the FPS, then go more towards performance.

DLSS 2.0 is amazing. It renders at a lower resolution and intelligently upscales. I’m an utter graphics snob with a very high end rig, and I never play on anything other than DLSS Quality when available. It will look as good, or better, than native in the vast majority of instances.

My quest story line kind of stopped around level 28-29. I keep getting update quest notifications but nothing. Maybe my level isnt high enough for the next parts?? I guess I will go around and pick up more side quests and kill stuff. Anyone have this problem?

Sometimes you have to open the owl mail before the quest shows in the list.

I'm not sure exactly what unlocked it but I'd learned the 2nd Unforgivable Curse on a quest and after that I went back to Hogsmeade to sell all of the garbage in my inventory, and there was a side quest icon on the map to talk to a house elf named Penny that started the whole thing off.
