Has Coach Duggs Gotten Anyone Else Back Into NCAA 14?

I've been watching Pardon My Take's Big Cat playing NCAA 14 as Coach Duggs and that got me to go through my closet to find my PS3 copy of NCAA 14, the last college football game made.
The thought of selling it on eBay for over $100 has crossed my mind, but has anyone else started playing it because of him?

I've played it off and on every year. I started a new dynasty recently. I was the OC at Old Dominion, then Penn State then Ole Miss. All one year stops. I'm in my second year as Purdue's head coach.

I play it often still, adding the 4 team playoff makes this game still tops today in my book!!

I’ve been playing this game since I bought it back in 2013 lmao. Crazy how it’s been 7 years and I still enjoy it more than any Madden that has come out since. It has its little bugs and glitches that are annoying but it’s far less buggy than Madden has been in recent years. Plus its dynasty mode is phenomenal. I miss the old recruiting style where you actually talked to recruits rather than just signing some points to them... that’s really the only thing I’d change about the core game. Oh and I wish you couldn’t edit your player’s attributes it would make recruiting more important and immersive. Yeah I know you could just not use it but it’s too tempting not to sometimes. Outside of that I just wish they had the playoffs and uniform/stadium updates. We were just one year off from having the playoffs and the new addition to Death Valley and I believe Yulman Stadium for Tulane. It’s just weird to play as Tulane and have the Superdome at full capacity. Which is the only reason I’ve never done a Tulane rebuild
It has a lot more depth than Madden ever could. That’s not really another rip at Madden.. it’s just how college football is. You have 126 teams (in this game) so you can just be the head coach at a power house or you can start off as a coordinator for a G5 school and work your way up.

I've been playing a dynasty my old college roommate and I started like 10 years ago over the last year since he moved to the same city i'm in.
There are a whole lot of issues with the AI playcalling and simulated stats if you don't correct them. Operation Sports has a lot of the fixes that make it much more enjoyable.

Ever since I started going there for sliders, I despise playing sports games online unless it's against my buddies. Too many spammers and just annoying teenagers that why waste my time when I can get a challenging and realistic game from the AI

My copy of 14 is somewhere in the ether, so I've been playing 13 instead since lockdown started. I miss 14 but ain't paying $100 for it

Yeah I started an offline dynasty starting as a OC at a small school just for it to freeze up on me during the first off-season.... There must be bug in dynasty mode because I can't advance to the next season without it freezing. Sucks because I was starting to really get into it again

You can buy NCAA Football 13 for around $65-70. Or buy a modded Xbox and some blank disks and pirate the games. Although I tried running an emulator on my PC for NCAA 12 and the field was black and you couldn’t see the stadiums so idk if you’d get the same result on a modded Xbox

Did you download the updated rosters from Operation Sports? I did that and while it's super nice to have Joe Burrow slinging it around, it totally wrecked Dynasty mode with all the changes it made. I can't even get past week 1. Somehow on the file they were able to edit the conferences and the Wac has zero teams and it freezes if you try to add a team to it.

there are still a lot of broken plays on the game but it is better than the stuff they put out now. sliders make it better but i still can't stop myself from resorting to cheese with the game on the line

That's why I'll normally just do ask the coach so that way I can resist the temptation
