In. I don't even care if I never play them again: I'll support any remaster of a classic game, as long as it's well done. Too many classics are close to being lost forever.

Idk, they might’ve over done the landscaping in IV/V. Was it cool? Hell it was awesome. But the simplicity of the original “trilogy” is what makes them classics.

Games like these can’t be developed anymore. For a game to last and continue to make money, you need something big like IV/V with online play. But none of that existed in the early 2000s. I want to say open sandbox games was a new idea. At least in these formats. That’s what made them great. No you have 5 spamming across 3 generations of consoles.

Wonder if all the original songs are still licensed?

This might even cause me not to get it.

Critical info for Vice City.

If it’s not all the same, minus the controls, they wasted their time. Period.

Would you need a new license if you're remastering a game?

Do the soundtracks stay the same plus additions?

I'm not 100% positive how that works, but Rockstar has been updating GTA games for years on Steam to remove music tracks

Michael Jackson's estate made them pull his songs from Vice City. They also had to pull a few more from Vice City.

Running Down A Dream and a few others were pulled from San Andreas.

If they have to replace a few songs, it would suck. But if they made good choices and added extra music/talk radio/commercials to each game, I'd be more than happy.

Being able to swim in III and Vice City are pretty major too.

If they added swimming, they’ll have to add places to actually get out of the water.

I'm going to need a full Vice City track listing if they're going to get a purchase from me.

Yeah need the soundtracks to know if I'm buying. Imagine there will be a delayed release on Steam anyway, even if just for two-week exclusivity on the Rockstar Launcher.

Y’all gonna find that Dodo plane in 3?

Was hard to fly at first but once you figure it out it was easy.

I don’t know if it’s mentioned here, but I read somewhere they took out the rebel flag from one of the games.
