I'm pretty sure some of the older COD titles generated higher concurrent numbers of players, but I'm sure they were much more prepared for that traffic than Epic ever could have been.

COD was the only thing I could think of that would even approach this in terms of console numbers. But every human I know with a console has Fortnite downloaded and most play it at least occasionally. And that's on top of the PC numbers. The whole 'free' thing makes it available to people that would never be interested in purchasing this type of game.

Not even close. Fortnite is the highest shooter ever besides this one Asian shooter you have never heard of.
CoD 1.1 mil (Black Ops)
Destiny 2 1.2 mil
PUBG 3.2 mil
Fortnite 3.4 mil
League Of Legends 7.5 mil

Man, this delay on the weapon switch is brutal, makes going from AR to shotty on someone charging you a death sentence, kinda bullshite honestly

got my first solo squad win today. had some fun with the Replay mode and will post once it's finished uploading.

Just the 4 in that video. Don’t know why the kill counter didn’t work in replay mode (it worked in the 5min DVR I took)
Felt good to get that one. Tried solo squads all morning. Went 2nd, 30th, 3rd, 2nd, 1st. FINALLY. It was the one feat that kept eluding me in this game

It took me about 3-4 hours of gameplay and I finally pretty much have it down.
I was a pretty clunky builder with the old system still, but I can straight lay down some walls and ramps with the new system.
