It would be reasonable to assume the Xbox store will update with the ability to purchase the games but assuming disks work, just buy the boxed copy second hand.
I might buy KOTOR on xbox just to have it even though I think the PC version is far superior. I really want to play Crimson Skies though.

I think I broke a controller playing this for the first time.
I had the original and was pretty good at it so I went into this on the Master Ninja difficulty and holy frick it was hard.
I eventually got good enough to beat it but I poured several hundred hours into it.

I bought Crimson Skies on Ebay for $5.00 on Ebay last night. Couldn't find a decent looking copy of KOTOR for less than $10, so I bought it digitally.
Played it a bit during my lunch break. It's gotta be the best way to experience the game if you don't care to research running KOTOR on PC in widescreen 1080p.
On the Xbox One, it really looks close to the PC version. The UI is pixelated, but the graphics are upscaled to 1080p and the performance is much better than the original xbox. It is 4:3 aspect ratio which is somewhat lame but understandable given that this is not remaster.
