Finally got my son a LIVE acct

And in less than a day, kid has already had two bans on Halo 5. Hahaha
Of course its for going idle or quitting. But he was using my copy and didnt tell me. So we went to get him his own so we could play. Pop it in, and hes banned. Knucklehead. Lol

I used to quit matches in Gears of War 2 all the time and never got banned. I quit because I was sucking arse so I thought I was actually helping the team. Don't understand why people get so mad over it.

So, apparently it comes in increasing intervals. He said the first one was for 45 minutes (he only told me about that one after I had learned of the second). The second was for 2 hours. I've read where people were getting banned for days even weeks depending on the frequency of idling or quitting.

Still better than a counterstrike ban. First offense 1 hour, 2nd 24 hours, 3rd 7 fricking days. You don't even have to quit, just disconnect from the server if you're having internet issues.

I mean because more than half of the time, in most multiplayers, they won't replace the person that leaves in a timely manner and it's a huge disadvantage if you leave your team.
Granted, I'm not going to send someone a message about it or anything lol, but I do sit in my living room hoping a bus crashes through their front door when it happens.
