turns out enemy health scales off your weapon level/power level. abilities might work this way as well. means the level 1 common weapon kills faster on gm1 then masterwork version with +dmg rolls.

After Destiny 2 I vowed to never buy a game at launch. I didnt and won't buy this until Christmas at the earliest.
A lot of these mistakes make the game look like it was rushed and that's inexcusable.

Yeah, I mean I had fun but I'm not touching it again until they fix the hard crashes. It hasn't happened to me, but I'm not risking it. Then you read stuff like this.
fwiw, I did try a refund earlier today and was denied. Not sure why news outlets are reporting that Sony is offering refunds.

I'm definitely guilty of pretty much always buying games at launch, even with Destiny. I'm a huge fan of that series even though they did start cold and worked their way up to being awesome.
But for Anthem, it seemed like a whole bunch of "hey, look at this! Look at this! It's shiny!" and then silence when it came to the meat of the game.
At least for Destiny and the Division, they pushed gameplay, not just how it looked. So this doesn't surprised me how it's turning out.

Games are so bad now, I'm enjoying playing Everquest.
Not like, oh hey I don't feel like playing any of these new games let me load up a classic.
No, it's like, OMG WOW this game is fcking amazing I can't believe I'm having this much fun playing a game.
That's how bad these new games are. They're making a 20 year old MMO seem like the second coming of jesus.

Everyone likes to blame the publisher but this issue has nothing to do with them. This is just Bioware being incompetent. If true. I just read the OP and didn't look into it.

The first Mass Effect was published by Microsoft.
I don't really blame EA for Anthem outside of my thinking that the game should never have launched in this state and for trying to cash in on the Destiny trend to begin with.

By the way. Destiny 2 forsaken is fricking fun if you havent been there in a while.
I and my raid team bought the Annual Pass because of the content roadmap laid out.
The second seasonal content update dropped yesterday and it is a ton of content.
Also just added bounties for AP customers that will level your character up to previous power level cap in about 1hr of play.
