The monster AI isn't any worse than a game like borderlands or Diablo. Both loot based shooters like FO76.
Combine fo76's base building, player vendor economy, looter shooter style, and npc dialogue multi path system. It's a lethal combination

I killed the Mothman during the beta play, because he was stuck on a small rock. And wasn't even level 10 yet.
I figure, they had to fix even that type of shite, nope. Grafton monster stuck on rocks, dirt mound, anything in area that can get clipped. It was so Skyrim/Giants.
The ATS, LOL talk about broke. It's another shite game by Zeni/Bethesda. And their lies about the game are the worst of it. If they would of accepted they screwed up royally, it was a huge bad by them, ok, but Pete Hines still defends this game.

Lol, forgot about the fact that when laying turrents down to protect your land, they will begin to shoot your own shite. Just destroying things you lay down.
Or the dogs, who moon walk across the landscape. Who knew Zenimax/Bethesda were Michael Jackson fans.
And these are things still happening in the game.

First game in a long time I played all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with friends. Getting minimal sleep and having a blast.

The game in its current state is fun. It's still the last modern Fallout game I would recommend anyone play, but if you've exhausted all the other games, there is value in exploring 76's gigantic map.

Most of the reviews I've seen have been overwhelmingly positive with a few small critiques.
I think Bethesda's gotten good enough feedback to keep pumping money into this because it's still a young game.
I'm excited to play it everyday because it finally feels like it's full of content.

Saw there was a glitch where an NPC could potentially take all of your inventory and you can never get it back

There was a glitch last week that let player duplicate stacks of items. Bethesda disabled camp display cases and vending machines until a fix was put out this Wednesday.

Jumped into FO76 for the first time this week.
10hrs in, and it is "fun". Not a good game, but it is fun to wonder the wastelands once more ..
