I played the early release but didn't notice lots of folks only standing around in Kenaris Roost.

About the only time I see more than 2 or three people standing still for any length of time is at the Iluvamir Dolmen just North and West of Vulkhel Guard. It pops every 15 minutes (I think).

The color pallet is a bit off from what it should be. Didn't realize there were so many pastel colors on Vvardenfell.

Took me forever to login but I finally wiped the dust off of ESO. I have a level 37 Nord Templar. Haven't played since a few months after the game released. Definitely interested in joining a guild or just playing with some people off of this forum. (GT: Rambeaux504)

The expansion is solid so far. It's bringing back memories of TES III, even tho we didn't have access to Vvanderfel. Just from the architecture and the mood of Morrowind... It's an eerie place.
I think it's definitely worth the $40

Are you on Xbox? I'm not sure about PlayStation, but I have automatic updates on Xbox. It's not a default setting, so you'll have to play around in settings.
It's such a relief to get home/wake up and be able to play a game you're in the mood to play without the dreaded "Update Required" popping up.

I'm gearing up my new warden character. Got him to 15(weapon swap) before taking a break. Those experiences scrolls and champion points help speed things up. Like the new area, but am taking a break from it as I open all my guild passives before going back

I'm confused about Morrowind. Is it an expansion pack for the previously released ESO or is it a completely separate game. It looks just like ESO which I loved but haven't played in a loooooooong time.

If you have the game you just purchase the upgrade. It's a separate story, not unlike Orsinium, just much bigger, with an added class (warden), larger bank and upgraded skill trees

You should know that TESIII was called Morrowind but set on the island of Vvardenfell. The only part of mainland Morrowind in TESIII was Mournhold via the Tribunal expansion. ESO already had certain areas set on the mainland (including Mournhold), but now the entire island of Vvardenfell has been added.

Automatic updates are enabled on PS4 as well, but I had kind of already thought Morrowind had been patched into the base game. I also didn't know at what time the patch would be available to download. The patch was also 40gb, and I had to free up HD space. In terms of file size, this game is a beast.

There's a lot of confusion about this. Morrowind is not DLC (at least not technically referred to as such in-game). All DLC is free with ESO+. Morrowind is a new "chapter" for the game (expansion pack). You can buy a bundle with the base game and Morrowind for $60, but if you already have ESO don't do that. You can buy just the expansion for around $35.

You have to put in a ton of time before you can be viable in pvp.

If you hate grinding and are interested more in pvp than anything else you probably won't even get to end game.

Some dingwad level 14 in Auridon invited me to group at the Iluvamir Dolmen. I was thinking it was an exp group but as soon as I joined he challenged me to a duel.

I dropped the group and within seconds he was getting a Tigerland Saturday Night Beatdown by someone else.

Dueling turds are the worst

there are areas for them to duel, yet they want to do their shite at every chain dealio or city.

Found out last night that I do still have one Morrowind account from my previous ordeal in which they were jackasses, but I will try out a warden and see how it is.

Yeah I was inundated with duel requests by the sky chain the last few times I came across one. It was obnoxious. I was trying to clear some trash out of my inventory. plzgojeff

Don't they have an option to turn off duel requests, I thought this was pretty standard in MMOs.
