LSU is already in Madden 20's career mode. That dude doesn't have the same number as burrow and we can't see his face. Also he ends up on Carolina which Burrow almost certainly won't.

QB1. That’s the name and number in the video. That’s also the position name for Burrow. He’s white and is also in his last year in college/LSU. “Welcome to the league.” insinuates this is definitely Burrow.

I contacted Crystal Castles, but booked until 2020. Oh well, no lost with the current "crimewave" sweeping the nation. So possible savings within security detail.
Googled for hours trying to find Dynasty contact information. Nothing. Not a single lead to "turn it on".
Finally settled on Reggie and the Full Effect. He is a little under the weather, hope Reggie can "get well soon".

Don’t get me wrong. I personally don’t think this falls under a “likeness” issue. No name. No face. Different number.
But when I saw this commercial I 100% thought to my self “oh look it’s Burrow” and I think anyone else that pays attention to football thinks the same thing.

It's not his number, you can't see his face, and it doesn't even have his names. Its just a generic LSU player. And Burrow is supposedly going to Carolina? Nah lol.

I'm sure you could imply it's Burrow, but you dont see the face and the number is wrong, hence no "likeness".

Yep... Pretty clear it's not his "likeness"
LSU skirted the rule recently in promotions with just the numbers of Ben Simmons and Leonard Fournette.
They were never pictured and never called by name so it avoided the likeness rules, however it was abundantly clear who LSU was referring to in both situations (and I believe their jersey numbers were used, but even that's not enough since it's just a # that other players have worn)
