With the Gold Serpent Rimg and 10 Humanity I was getting about one Stone Sword per clear of the room before butterfly. The shield was more of a problem.
If you have trouble getting it and are on PS4, let me know and I will drop you a sword. I have quite a few.

Just look up the achievements on a wiki and you will be fine. The only one that is in anyway difficult is the weapon one. I guess the Miracles one requires some annoying PvP (or relatively simple farming). Even then most of the weapon one comes down to getting lucky/farming a few specific weapons.

some of those miracles sorceries and pyros require speaking to specific npcs that aren't easy to find at very specific times.

Yeah I forgot Rhea and fricked that one up in that first run. The good part is that I can spend like a drunken sailer now and just buy all of their shite when I first see them.
Puromancies are easy. Sorcery is relatively easy (just need to not frick up BHL quest).

got lucky with all the npc quests on my first go-round save for Siegmeyer. Only miracle I couldnt get on NG was the Sunlight Spear
im in lost izalith coming down to him where the Chaos Eaters are all waiting. thanks to Remastered's increased aggro range, they all started moving around and fell into the pit (which ends his quest prematurely). Sieglinde never spawned, no slab for Cson. Thankfully, I got 3 slabs from lizards in the Hollow

My recommendation for that quest is to Co-Op it. Have your friends drop down and kill two (or three) of the Eaters. Trigger Siegmeyer and then they can instea kill te last two.

yaeh i got it on NG+ by just sprinting down to him and diving in. I 2-piece each chaos eater with BSS +15 and finished the quest properly.

Or use poison arrows and wait it out...

Just got to Anor Londo. It looks amazing. It's awesome playing this for the first time and seeing each area. Anor Londo took my breath away. I just don't know how to leave now

That’s pretty aggro.... good luck. There will be a way to get back later, but you will have to push forward to go backwards.
