Decided to start a new dynasty with Sam Houston state just to start with almost no nil and actually try the wear and tear with some slider adjustments.

I don’t know if it’s just me but I like playing with other schools besides LSU.

I took an approach on schedule to remove any ranked games just to see if conference USA makes the playoffs with an undefeated team or if like the mac it takes two years of winning to make it.

I did LSU at the beginning, just to play with current roster. It gets stale, and entirely too easy too fast.

I've seen it work both ways. I started with ND St and gave myself a pretty easy schedule. Ended up 13-0, but did not make the playoffs. The sim logic is not the best in this game. In SOOOO many seasons I have seen the SEC, Big 10, ACC etc. absolutely destroy each other. Conference champions finishing with 3-4 losses. Then the playoffs roll around, and the 5 automatic bids comes from like CUSA, MW etc. You end up with a bunch of 80 overalls in the playoffs.

I found a fix for it that has worked great though. Sent the old Pac 12 schools back to the Pac 12. Texas/OU/aTm back to the Big 12. Now I have really spread out conferences, and they aren't destroying each other. I have rarely had a season since this change where the playoffs aren't jam packed with 90 overall teams.

I think after this season I’ll do something similar. I like leveling out the conferences and might go push everyone back to 8 co fence games.

They have changed the recruiting a bit as way more of the 0 nil 3 stars now have offers much earlier. I only have 225 hours so I focused my small 285 nil budget on a few Texas 3 stars that I now lead for. I’m thinking I’m end up taking 8 or so recruits and then go into the portal and see what I’ll get. The bonus NIL is only going to be a little bit as two of the goals were 25 and one 250.

Through 6 games I’ve had one player go out each game with a minor injury. I’m seeing the cpu come in with 3-4 guys hurt but most seem to be the 2nd and 3rd guys based on overalls.

It will be interesting actually having to think about adding wear and tear type preventers. So should make building the dynasty more fun.

After being with LSU on dynasty since the game came out, this seems almost impossible

It's so much fun. It's a challenge for sure.

That's always my plan as well whenever I am having a complete rebuild.

I was shocked at how fast the nil increased for Buffalo when I won the mac in year 1

ECU was pretty quick as well but kinda expected being in a bigger conference
