Pretty great. I don't know how current gen can handle that. PC buy. Or hold off a couple months for next gen.

I saw this in an article which sounds pretty cool:
quote:

What Is Braindance in Cyberpunk 2077
-Braindance is a recording of somebody else's experience and lets you live through their memories.
-Their sights, smell, sounds, everything will be experienced by you through Braindance.
-In an extended gameplay preview, the V was shown living through the memory of someone else's robbery on a grocery store.
-In an analysis mode, V was able to explore the same scene but this time as an observer. They could move a camera around and analyze the memory from a new perspective.
-It's almost like a detective mode.
-Braindance was created in UC Santa Cruz (go Banana Slugs!) as a therapy method.
-It was later used for more carnal thrills.
-There are negative side-effects like Flatlining where someone can die while Braindancing.
-CD Projekt Red says Braindance will be an important storytelling device to explore the world's history, philosophy, and different factions.

Actually now that I think about it I think you get a free next gen upgrade if you buy for this gen.

You do. So it comes down to do you want to play the game along with everyone else or wait until you can play the whole thing on the next-gen?

Part of what I love about CD is that they're obviously passionate about making RPGs, which is pretty rare in soulless AAA studios right now

They are so passionate that their customization options may be a little much
quote:

For those who want to see every option, there’s a lot. 6 skin types, 35 hairstyles, 17 eyes, 8 eyebrows, 17 mouths, 17 jaws, 17 ears, 8 bits of “cyberware” (as well as no cyberware), 9 types of scars plus off, 6 types of tatts plus off, 11 piercings plus off, 5 types of teeth, 8 bits of eye makeup, 5 bits of lip makeup plus off, 3 blemishes, 3 types of nipples, 5 types of body tatts, 2 types of body scars, 2 dick types, 1 vagina option, dick size options, and 5 types of pubic hairs.

"So Jimmy, what are you working on today?" "Well, they got me on pubic hair detail in the morning"

I read where Cyberpunks release date being pushed back might tip the hand as to the date of the Xbox Series X release

Alanah Pearce had a good little Q&A after her play session:
