Didn't watch but I really enjoyed Gambit when I had a team, it sucks with randos.

I've played enough complicated MMO's where a matchmaking system worked fine, you elitist frickwits.

Maybe there is some of that, but there are tons of people like me... A wife and kid and full-time job. I want to be able to play games and enjoy content too, but I don't have time to dedicate hours on end of grinding to get to the content. Without the casual systems, I basically just cant play MMOs because I get like 2-3 hours a week to play.
Really there needs to be a system where casual players can play and enjoy content but also indulge the hardcore audience that wants to grind and work for the gear and content with extra unique loots and maybe content.

I’m pretty surprised by this move. Think it will be great long term because now Bungie can take the time to make the game right without having the Activision schedule breathing down their necks. Plus it will finally confirm to me whether it was Bungie incompetence or Activision’s bloated bureaucracy that was causing all the mistakes so far in the series. We’ll see I guess.
