Reddit is toxic and always will be.

But IMO the battle pass is pretty underwhelming.
Fair or not it it will be compared to Blackout and FN, both of those are better, especially FN.

But this is just try number 1. I remember FN's first pass. Only decent thing was the renegade raider.

I think the pass is fine. The apex coins alone should somewhat make this a one time purchase and just play to basically unlock the next battle pass.

As you said, its the first one and the first one for the other games were pretty underwhelming too. It'll take time for them to come up with content and themes and what not.

I just cant wait to destroy the people who have neglected the game until the battle pass drops

I reached lv 100.
I wonder if the battle pass lv 100 will take as long as that did for me.

I saw they said that you will get more xp if you swap legends instead of playing just 1.

I pretty much split my time between, bloodhound, lifeline and bangalore.

Only energy weapon I like is the Triple Take with dot sight.

I prefer the light ammo weapons (Alternator, R99, R301, Scout).

I'll pick up a Wingman if I see one, and maybe a Peacekeeper if I don't have another weapon.

My favorite weapon combo is R301/R99 + Wingman. I suck balls with a sniper and aiming downrange, enough so that I always pass on the Kraber and Longbow to allow teammates to use them.

I originally liked the peacekeeper over wingman or other shotguns, but here recently I'm finding the EVA-8 better than I originally gave it credit for and will use that over peacekeeper, and the wingman is still just nasty. I guess my aim's getting better and so I don't need the 2 shots I land to hit as hard because I can hit more shots? Idk.

I'm only level 32

It really is the ultimate combo at the moment.

I've found that the Triple Take and Longbow at mid range with non ACOG attachment are very effective.

Had my first experience with the Prowler/select fire last night. Seems solid, but you need the hop-up for it.

FNs first pass was the knights though right? RR was the first season but i think the first pass was with the knights


I think that Apex's main problem for all of its cosmetics is that everything is too locked to a certain character/gun. In FN wraps can be used on any weapon but in Apex they're gun exclusive. Same for skins. In FN if you buy a skin you want you can just use it no matter what, but in Apex it has to be a skin you like, and on a character that you like to use in order for you to have fun with it. I could be mistaken, but aren't frames, poses, and quips character locked too? It's just hard for me to give a shite about the cosmetics when to use a lot of them I would have to use a character I don't like
