Hey Friends,
So between the datamining and the unintentional update about Season 1 on Origin today, there’s been a lot of speculation and confusion so we wanted to give some clarity:
?
We’ll be providing details on Season 1, Battle Pass, and the next Legend very soon. It’s not coming out today.
There’s lots of stuff that has been datamined from Apex since launch and is swirling around the Internet. We know this stuff is fun to dig up and speculate about, but you should not treat any of that info as a source of truth. There’s stuff in there that is very old, or things we’ve tried in the past and cut--remember our design process is to prototype and play lots of ideas--and some of it may be things we’re still building for Apex Legends. Finding this stuff by no means confirms that it’ll ever come out. At best you should treat any posts about this as a rumor and the real info will come from us when we’re ready to show off what’s coming next.
Thank you to everyone for staying patient through this and hang tight. We’re excited to get Season 1 kicked off and having you grinding on that Battle Pass with a new Legend to master soon.

People are speculating that it's a delay because of an Origin Access exploit that just popped up where you can get a free 1000 coins or something like that.
Kinda odd that they let the hype build up, had the origin page update, and then say they aren't releasing it. Crazier things have happened though, I guess.

Solo queue is killing me tonight, just had 4 games in a row where it only gave us 2 people in lobby. One game I had 6 kills in first circle but eventually got outnumbered cuz my only teammate decided to run away. I'm pretty sure I've had multiple teammates in their first game because they never picked up body armor

Used the Triple Take last night. I like it. This game is getting tough though. The champion when we got 2nd last night (again) had over 5,300 kills. So I did a little math. Let's say he averages 5 kills a game and he gets pretty far every game so his average game is 15 minutes. That means he's played roughly 1,000 games or 15,000 minutes. That's 250 hours. The game has been out 38 days. So if my math is right he's averaging 6 1/2 hours a day on this game. That's insane. Somebody check me on that math but I'm pretty sure it's right.

Alot of the good players are getting much higher than 5 a game.
