I suck and this is still fun, unlike Fortnite.
But it's kind of hard to actually get any real experience and get better. Either we drop in on the outskirts and it takes forever to even find another squad, or drop into a hot spot and get slaughter in under a mintute

Just run towards gunfire with your squad. Unless you get down to 3 or 4 squads left there's no point in avoiding conflict.

Played some last night with that Jesse guy and a buddy of his...
Those guys get 7 kills minimum and 1000+ damage every game. His buddy is aggressive af but he’s really good.

Yeah they are out of my league for sure. But it's good to play with better players and learn how they play. Also never hurts to get carried to a win! I'll be on tonight at some point.

I had a really bad game last night. 1 kill with 57 damage, but my two team mates each had 11 kills and we won lol. I just couldn't do anything that game, but I lucked out with two really good players.

The other night I played with a guy and me and the third guy got thirsted and he couldn't respawn us (too hot). Third guy disconnects but I'm like this guy is pretty good and I say over the mic "he might come through with the HARD carry". Then he comes on the mic and he's like "not sure about that, sorry I didn't respawn you". I say no worries, you got this. He's going absolutely nuts with the Wingman and solos the thing with 10 kills. I just said "glad I stuck around"

Had something similar happen the other night. Me and a friend went in with a random player. They both get downed and thirsted pretty quickly. I flank around and wipe the entire team that got them. The random decides to quit as I'm picking up his banner. I revive my friend and we go on a rampage end up winning the game. Took a screenshot and sent it to the random who quit. He still showed up on the win screen though; kind of disappointing if he got credited a win for quitting.

This guy didn't show up on the win screen. Once he left he was gone. Not sure if that's always the case or not.

They could’ve patched it? I saw the other day when I won a match, the guy who quit was on the winning screen.

My favorite thing about this game is the lack of loading times. Played some console PUBG earlier today (please forgive me PC overlords) and I just can’t stand the loading into the loading screen, the waiting around in lobby while it fills, then another loading screen. Then this slow cargo plan we jump from.
I then turn on Apex, get in lobby with some mic users, almost get squad wiped at Artillery, go on to win the match with each of us contributing with 5-7 kills each. What a game.

That's something we've been screaming on PC for forever. We can be in a 90 person lobby and the countdown timer still won't start

Placed second in a game last night.
In the final fight my two teammates get knocked right away. I down the first two members of the other squad. Almost get the last one, but he wingmans me as I'm reloading. So close to getting a full squad wipe for the win.

This chart looks pretty good. Personally, I’d rank the Spitfire ahead of the Devotion just because energy ammo can be scarce majority of times.

I would rank the spitfire higher because it is a better gun. Regardless of the ammo.

Secondary:
1. 99
2. Peacekeeper
3. Eva 8
I don't bother with snipers because people just heal. But the longbow and scout are good.
I play on console. You may want to shelve the Wingman and 99 if you are not great, those are a bit harder to use than the other 4.
