He is probably right when he says some overwatch and blackout. But it is still it's own thing.
And it has so many quality of life upgrades that improve the old BR standards.

Apparently entering "+twitch_prime_linked 1" in the launch options in Origin unlocks the twitch loot without having Twitch Prime.
