As it should. It is an extremely well made game.
With tons of quality of life improvements over other BR games.
Map design seems to cause less 3rd party fights.
The revive after being knocked system is pretty great as it doesn't ruin a game when one of your guys is put out. (When they have to watch you for 15 minutes) But is still fair as you can't really revive them mid fight and you come back with nothing.
Minimum server issues with 4 million players in 3 days.

If they would tweak the gun play to feel better and nerf the shields a little it might just be perfect

Still only have a couple matches under my belt, but game is definitely legit and look forward to putting in some real time on this game.
Need a 3rd on most nights, and could use some more guys to run with on a regular basis incase a guy or two is MIA for the night.
Only complaint so far is the limtied 3 man squads, and wish the had solos as well. Down the road though I'm sure. Let's get it!!
ETA: Also complaint is that the game is loud AF and people on mics are much lower for some reason. Another complaint, getting kicked all the way back to main menu upon loss. Why not just keep it moving and throw the same party into another lobby, etc.

Hemlok, 301, peacekeeper, wingman, sometimes flatline are what you need to aim for. If you can get a Kraber awesome.
