Anyone still playing Overwatch?

I think I am about done with Competitive; it's just gotten too absurd and toxic to be an enjoyable experience.
Still enjoy the game mechanics and such, and arcade mode and custom games can still be fun. Figure I managed enough points for three golden guns; I should just stop there.
Anyone still batting around in it, or is it fairly dead in TD?

Still playing on Xbox. Gonna buy it on PS4 pretty soon
This season has sucked shite. Just horrible in every way. Last night we had a dude on our team pick Hanzo and 2 guys started bitching since 1 of them was a Hanzo main. They bitched and moaned and the guy switched after a few pushes, and the new Hanzo was TRASH.
I play with this 12y/o kid who is a GM on his main account (was playing on his smurf last night). He asks the new Hanzo to switch and the 2 guys go apeshit. Asking how he was high diamond bc he sucked, complaining about healing (when my buddy was playing Lucio lmao). Persisted for the entirety of the match. I feel like it happens all the time now. People just suck

I played it at launch and then stopped for a while, redownloaded about a month ago and have been loving it.

I'm getting ready to trade my PS4 copy in and pick up Breath of the Wild, I think. I really want to love this game, but I just can't get into it. As a reformed WoW player, I've grown to love virtually every Blizzard IP. I started playing as Reinhardt and Mercy, since tanking and healing I understand.

It's a fun game but the community is absolute crap. Unless I have friends playing with me I don't even touch it.

Other than lack of commands, my PS4 controller works great for BF4.

I picked up pubg and find myself playing it more and more. The higher tier players are losing interest this season. Tons of trolls and toxicity unless you have a team. May have to try it back on xbox

They now have 8 man Rumble and Team Death Match on the PTR server.
Haven't played the new modes, but from videos I have watched it looks pretty damn fun.

I still play some, but the toxic level on comp is getting absolutely absurd. Im banned for a week because I had a premade 6 stack all report me for cheating for wall hacks and aim bot. Im no where near that good to actually be blamed for that shite, yet Xbox decided to ban me for a week anyway and thus making my rep go down.

This game has a serious flaw in the way you gain/lose SR. You gain more SR per win if you play a character that no one else plays and you do well with them. It encourages One-Tricking shitty characters.
I'm not saying you should always play meta characters. I encourage people to play what they're best at, but please get good enough at a diverse enough pool of heroes so that you have something to pull out for every situation.
I'm diamond on XBox (my main account that I've been playing since Day 1) and Platinum on PS4 (which I just got a few months ago). On PS4 I'm currently stuck in ELO hell around 2400 because of the time of day I play and the caliber of player around me. It's frustrating, but I've started to treat it like an alt account that I don't care about so that I don't get so bent about losing.
I love this game, but I wish it wasn't so hard to move out of whatever bracket you get stuck in. I HATE how it starts shorting you on SR for wins because it thinks you're "where you belong". I lose more than I gain almost 100% of the time.

Are you a flex player? If so, you will have a tough time boosting your MMR. As a fellow flexer, I know the struggle.
I have 5 PSN OW accounts. My main account I flex and I'm stuck in Plat bc my MMR is lower and I try to be accommodating to my team (plus I have early months of comps when I was a below-average player). I typically gain 25 SR per win and drop 20 per loss. With an average win rate, it would take a long time to go up a tier.
My other 4 accounts I basically instalock DPS and sometimes turn off voice chat and just frag. The game thinks I'm better than my main account bc it doesn't have a history of derping on the books. I'll play Mercy only on a rare occasion since she's easy to stat pad. Those accounts are all Diamond

I'm a master on PC. Gotta say, the level of toxicity this season has been atrocious. I went through multiple points where I kept telling myself I would quit because it just wasn't fun. Joining a game and having 6 people instalock dps and unwilling to switch. You know it's GG before the doors even open.
With that being said I've found 2 days/times that I have a win rate > 80%. Wednesday during the day and Friday after work (4:30-8:30PM).
Also, when you get to masters people are a lot less toxic. You know the 1 trick hanzo/sym main are actually really good and you learn to play around them.
It's a great game ruined by terrible people.

Honestly, Lucioball has been 10x more fun than comp. I've been playing that when the mood strikes.
