Anyone Playing Hitman 3?

Released today on everything and have heard it's one of the more visually impressive games on the next-gen so far. Has anyone started playing it yet?

Not yet, but from what Ive seen the visuals are not leaps and bound ahead of the previous games but they were no slouch either. Whats cool is if you own 1 and 2 you can load the missions from those titles and play them with the visual and gameplay enhancements of 3. IO did the same thing with the 2 and 1. I played 2016 Hitman probably more than any other game last gen. Played a bit of two but havent had time to commit to it. Extraordinary games imo.

The visuals don’t look next gen to me but I’ve heard the level design is the best of the series

I definitely caught a text error. In the first briefing, they say his family got rich selling gunpowder in the civil war. But in the intel section, it says his family moved to the America’s in the 1800s and made its money selling to both sides in the American revolution.

I definitely got hung up on that bio too. I was wondering if his family had also managed to invent a time machine somehow.

I enjoy it so far. Just new missions basically. Haven't tried the vr stuff yet. Finished the first mission and all stories associated with it.

ICI has a few issues with their servers being down, so lots of people were unable to port previous progress or even play on Day 1.
I finally played some earlier. Loving it so far the game looks great...I'm not sure I would say it fully looks 'next gen' (playing on ps5). But it looks good.

Yeah I couldn't transfer previous data. Just started from scratch. Will try again another time. Only bad thing is it wipes progress

I’m having a lot of fun just doing the first level in lots of different ways. I’ve got Ingram in like 10 different ways. Marcus is a little bit more difficult but I’ve gotten him all the main ways I believe.
Going to switch to mission two for a bit and then I’ll come back for another two play through a of mission 1 to get all the location unlocks.
