No, waiting for Steam version. Their launcher is awful to say the least.

I support.

But I might be passing altogether. Have it for the Pro but have no want to try this game.

Pretty sure the steam version just opens the r launcher. People are complaining about poor optimization and freezes, or the game not even launching. 2080ti systems barely getting over 60fps in 1440p

Have it for the PS4, didn't care for it so I have no need for it on PC

I got it on my now ancient PC FX4300 and 1050ti. It does have a lot of stops but only a few CTD. I'm below minimum specs and it still looks slightly better than xbone and ps4 comparing to twitch streams anyway (which I knew my specs exceed the boxes is why I bought it)

Probably the worst part of the stutters/stops is it picks back up with 2 party talking same time in the story so you miss part of both dialogues trying to figure out who is saying what.

I don't have the problems some of the high end PC'ers are complaining about in the rd2PC reddit though. Lots of folks cannot get the game to load at all with 32 gb ram and high end graphics. From my views of Task Manager it's more cpu than graphics.

It's better than old mmo launches but still not good especially considering game released a year ago, this is a re-release essentially for PC. Shoulda gone smoother.

Yep.

It sounds and looks like the games I enjoy but too many cutscenes and down time riding (I kind of get the riding, but not the fckking cutscenes)

Yep it's a mess, and they keep dodging questions about mod support.

I pre-ordered and played yesterday. Game crashed first try so I installed patch and it worked fine. Had issues with snow rendering properly, but I just changed a couple of the AA settings like someone said to do on reddit and lowered the graphics and restarted and it’s worked fine. Played 2 or 3 missions then restored all graphic settings to default and have had no more issues yet

I think the game looks like shtt @ 4K (1800 I think) on the Pro. The textures mess with your eyes. Think its because if checker boarding.

Edt: Obviously this wouldn't be an issue on PC. Did they ever fix the fake HDR?

Yeah I always run a "generation" behind in PC Tech just because it's so much cheaper and trying to keep up gets so crazy. All the pieces parts, the tweaks, and the constant innovation. Been doing it since I built a 286 when the 386's came came out, pre-Windows, almost pre MicroSoft even.

That's not bad still compared to the GTA4 launch years ago. It's been over a decade now and that port is still an unoptimized mess.
