Picked this back up after being off it for 5 months. Christmas/winter time is probably my favorite time in Animal Crossing
Soooo many weeds.

Thankfully I logged on today and she gave the holiday greeting with the wreath diy. I've still only gotten winter diys (along with the golden slingshot finally) and not the festive ones yet.

Have they increased the number of star fragments you can get? Or do you get more on nights in which there is a meteor shower?
I thought it maxed at 20, but I got 31 from last night. I always do more just incase I get distracted and miscount.

I would be curious to know the answer to that too. I have only ever gotten 20.
I've gotten the ornament mobile and the illuminated snowflakes (twice) and that's it. And I've grinded super hard. I don't understand why they don't make the holiday decorations more accessible like halloween. You've got 10 days to get lucky (if you don't time travel). I've spent 20ish NMT going to other islands on turnip exchange and having people craft them or just buying decorations.
Does anyone know how Toy Day works? I read that the villagers give you hints of what to get them. Then just this week I watched a video that said the requesting thing was in New Leaf but that in New Horizons the presents for the villagers that you give out on Toy Day are automatically generated. None of my villagers have requested anything so I tend to believe the video but have no idea how that works.
I have read in several different places that you have to save some of your ornaments to craft a special wrapping paper that Jingle will give you the recipe to on Toy Day. You have to have 1 red, 1 blue, and 1 gold ornament to craft each one. At first I thought it was for all 10 villagers but then I read you only have to craft 3 for Jingle.

Did anyone else visit your island and wish on stars? You can earn bonus stars for any visitors also wishing on your stars.

I was on the grind all day Saturday and all day Sunday and didn't get my last DIY until this morning. That took forever. Probably pulled 200k bells out of balloons and several stacks of Clay and Iron, none of which was appreciated.

Did you get the Holiday rug diy? That's the one I've been trying to get and seems the rarest to find.

Festive Rug - yeah it came out of a balloon, I actually got that one well before a lot of the others. My lone holdout until this morning was the Falling Snow wallpaper, which is the one thing I really wanted. It's like the game knows what we're hoping for and makes that the biggest PITA to get
Johnson passed for 238-yards and 3 TD's vs. the Gators.
Do Vols fans even want Freeze?
