And yes there are too few mushrooms for sure - the only plus side is I think they last across the entire month of November.

All of my luck has come from balloons - I have the Forest Wall and Forest Floor, the Mush Wall, the Mush Lamp, the Mush Log, and the Mush Low Stool (plus the wreath from Isabelle). I'm not sure I've gotten a single one from a bottle or a villager.

Hey Sahiko, I got yesterday a mushroom partition, mushroom log, mush lamp, mush table, mush umbrella, mush low stool, mush wall, and forest wall. I am looking for forest flooring. I will happily craft something for you in exchange. Once I found my first recipe it was an avalanche and found a lot in a row. I can craft a golden slingshot for you if you need one of those, but I'd imagine you got those things.

If you share your dream code, I'd love to see your island. I'm going to repost mine tomorrow. I updated my dream this morning but that was before I crafted cool mushroom stuff so I will update it again tomorrow and would love for you to see my island then

Y'all figure out any way to farm these mushrooms or DIYs?

I have all of the mushroom recipes now and can craft anything yall need. I did the balloon by the beach approach and waited every 5 minutes. Took hours but I like them a lot.

I'll be doing it all over again next week for the maple leaf event

There's a chance for one to spawn on the :X4 and :X9 which means if you patrol the beach they'd be approaching and go north/south around then, if a balloon spawned you should see it or hear it.

If I'm being lazy I just stand in front of Nook's - the balloons have to adjust when they hit a tall object or bridge and that tends to funnel them past my Nook's where I have it located. With the sound up I can usually hear them whistle up another 1/3 of the way up the map and go investigate if I can't see it right away.

ETA: They spawn on the far left boundary of the world at the X4 and X9 and they take roughly a minute to make it to the beach, so you should see/hear one 45 seconds to a minute later if one spawned (so around the X5 and X0)
