Never denied that. You made the insinuation that my source must be in Malta simply because their HQ is there because you didn't know they had studios across North America and also in Japan. Try again.

Almost everything you said in the OP is wrong, outside of the negativity surrounding Diablo Immortal lol.
Most of the people gone are people that were working on projects that aren't part of big ongoing support (Destiny and HOTS), but still. 10% of the workforce of a company pulling in record profits is a pretty bad look.

I took a break from raiding and haven't been playing much. I usually login 1-2 times a week for an hour or two to progress through story/side content. I definitely plan on playing it a lot again when Shadowbringers comes out.

I'll see how this 3 month run goes for me before I consider the next expansion.
I picked PLD to start off with (seemed to be the most accessible from what I've read), and I've yet to run a dungeon or primal, only at lvl 24, but it definitely has a good feel to it.
That first dungeon will be tense for sure

Yeah, PLD is very accessible. You can go the first dungeon at lvl 15, and it's super easy. To be honest, the early levels of Paladin are a little boring. My tips for the early stages:
1. Always pull with Shield Lob and then Flash. Every dungeon pull will start this way through Stormblood (bosses, still pull with shield lob but go straight to enmity combo).
2. PLD struggles with AOE enmity, so don't be afraid to abuse flash. It can attach blind at a certain which is also valuable in keeping you alive.
