Zaxby's is awful. I ate that shite in Mobile and it made me sick.

I had zaxby's for the first time 2 weeks ago in mobile. I ordered the wings n things and it was a ton of food for under 8 dollars. The strips were very similar to but had a little more flavor than cane's strips. The sauce and toast were equal to canes in taste. The fries at zaxby's tasted better because the individual fries were thicker compared to cane's. The wings were solid too. All in all I thought it was a good deal.
It would cost well over 9 dollars to get the same amount of food at canes, which is slightly inferior in taste in my opinion. I was a big fan of canes in college when the prices were reasonable, but today, I rarely go to canes unless I'm craving chicken and there isn't a popeye's nearby. I'd definitely choose Zaxby's over Cane's if they were competing in the same market.

If I had the coin I would put a Zaxbys in LA in a heartbeat. Zaxby's has something Canes will never have...a menu consisting of more than just fried chicken fingers. I worked at Canes in undergrad back in the glory days and I cant tell you how many people said Canes needed a salad. The female demographic alone would keep Zaxbys in business. I think Zaxby's would do well because of the options on their menu.

I ate Zaxby's twice (2 locations) in Starkvegas. It SUCKS! Their chicken is salty as a jar of salt and breaded similarly to Walmart's chicken! GROSS! Their fries have way too much seasoning, and their bread was nasty! They WILL NOT put Cane's out of business. I know that many are upset with the way Cane's has cut down on amount and size, but their product is SO MUCH BETTER! Their fries could be better...

Zaxbys has really good menu options but their tenders aren't even close in quality to Canes. Their sauce is terrible also.

The only thing I like at Zaxby's are wings. Everything else there just isn't as good as Cane's.

People are funny to me.... Baton Rouge is home to one of the best fast-food chicken finger restaurants in the U.S., yet people find something to gripe about.

If Zazby's put Cane's totally out of business, I'm sure then some people would complain that Zaxby's food isn't very good and that Baton Rouge doesn't have a good place to get chicken fingers.
