Blackstone, electric smoker, propane grill. Haven’t used the grill since getting the griddle.

Kamado Joe and a flat top. I bought the KJ to consolidate smoking and grilling into one unit.

26" Weber Kettle with a Slow N Sear XL and a Spider Grills Venom. Mounted on a SS Table. Also have a charcoal basket for when I want to do steaks. I can do anything with this setup! I recently did a 16.5lb Brisket without an issue.

I just recently added the new Thermoworks RFX to my repertoire. Me Like.

PK360, Yoder YS640 and Ooni 16. Had a Weber Performer for 20+ years and gave it to my son when I got the PK.

At the house a Weber Genesis, Weber Kettle, big custom SS grill and a bigger custom offset smoker. RV Fryer. Various others at the camp. I left my Blackstone for the baw who bought my old house. I loved it, but got to where I rarely used it for some reason.

I'm getting back into smoking meats. I've always had a weber gas grill. I'd like to keep it for ease and quickness of use for those weeknight burgers and whatnot..

Weber Genesis for quick easy cooks.
Weber Kettle for smoking.

I want the new RecTek XFire grill but not sure it's worth $1600. It would take the place of my gas grill and would make smoking meat a lot easier.

Also, thinking about a flat top. Not sure how much I'd use it though.

I think if people fully appreciated a kettle's full potential, they wouldn’t purchase these sexy ceramics and pellet smokers.

A new or used kettle, 22 or 26 inch and a temp controller, and I swear people you'll have something that will rival or exceed anything in the thousand dollar or more range. I promise.

I use this...

And a smoke 2 temp controller. It's amazing.

I have the same Yoder, and a blackstone cooktop. I haven't ever gotten my smokers above 300 degrees. Was wondering if I'd regret not having a gas grill or something that I could get to seering temps. But I can cook everything on the Yoder or blackstone I want. Steaks go on the yoder for about 20 min at 25 for flavor then I seer on the blackstone. All other meats get cooked on the yoder if I want a grilled flavor or blackstone if I want a blackened flavor.
