What kind of oyster soup do yall usually make for a Christmas season dinner?

Oyster & Artichoke?
Oyster stew?
Something else?

Want to cook one Sunday night for some family members and would like to branch out

Google the video of Margie's Oyster Soup by Chef Warren Leruth. The clip is from Great Chef's of Nola.

I'll try to link a print version of the recipe. It's the best I've had. Margie's Oyster Soup

never served "oysters soup" on Christmas day, I've always done Oysters Mosca and occasionally will add butterflied shrimp and serve with artichoke bread

Never really on Christmas day but we always had oyster and artichoke soup at my grandparents or some other family members' house on a Christmas Eve or other day where we got together before Christmas.
