You mean Bay Leaf?

ETA: By the way, went this weekend. Damn good. That's going to make the monthly rotation.

I would probably want my own gumbo, first.

Then, I would want chargrilled oysters from Mansur's; fried oysters from somewhere, boiled crawfish, a veal chop from Ruth's Chris and cannelloni from Gino's with Lawrence bread.

Solid. I'd add a meatball poboy from Pocorello's.

Crossed my mind too, but I'd have to go seafood I think.

If I could get somebody to pull up a nice yellowfin fresh out the water and bring it to me in BR, I'd slice that up and go to town too.

OR

TJ Ribs Wings-sauce on the side!

OR

Fluer De Lis Pizza.

I am sure Gris Gris' gumbo is great and I can't put Boiled Crawfish on the list because we are forced to go 6 months at a time without it. So if you were gone for 1 year...I would include boiled crawfish.

As for Raw Oysters...I am goin to Parrin's tonight for 1/2 off!!!

Tough choice...lots of good things to choose from.

The first thing that pops in my head is the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and garlic bread from Sammy's. Washed down with an Abita Amber.

Honorable mention is a greasy burger from Pluckers. With a 34 oz Purple Haze.

Someone has exquisite buds. I fully agree with that list.

May I add the Italian Lover from Anthonys?
