It is filled.
My guess it that it is a mess, unless you cut sections out with a knife. I'm guessing that different sections could have different fillings, but I don't know. I haven't tried it. But it looks good.
Still looks like a fad. Probably over-priced and hard to eat...

I do not eat sushi rolls. However, I would probably eat sashimi on top of a glazed donut.
