just saw fruit punch in the fridge that says 10% fruit punch in big bold letters....whats the other 90%?....

Had a similar experience last week. Thought I was buying ruby red grapefruit juice. Got home and found out it was grapefruit juice COCKTAIL. Mostly HFCS. That stuff sucks in a sea breeze!

You can get 100% juice ocean spray. Some people think they are doing themselves good by drinking "Juice" only to be fooled into drinking kool-aid.

i would only buy "fruit juices" that HAVE to be refrigerated. think about it....fruit juice that can sit on a shelf in the pantry, or in the grocery store? 
i've got a juicer and the instructions say to throw whatever juice you don't use away after 45 minutes. really makes you think whats in that mass produced stuff.
