And if anyone asks for a crawfish recommendation on this board, Sammy's will win out overwhelmingly

3lbs, corn and potatoes for $15 isnt a ripoff imo considering they arent much cheaper at the seafood markets and youre at a restaurant

For the first couple months of the season, Sammy's is lucky to even meet it's variable cost. They certainly don't make money off of crawfish at $15/3 lb tray with corn and taters. In the later half of the season when crawfish drop sub $1.50/lb, it does seem that any/everybody is trying to get in the game.
