I was at Chelsea's on a random tues or wed night about 2-3 weeks ago.
It was terrible.
Food sucked, waitress sucked, couldn't get a beer.
I left pissed off and dissatisfied.
But I've been a lot and that was by far worst experience I've had.
It's in timeout for a while.
Sure ill be back though.

I like Sammy's but I think many ppl overrate it for sure

Overrated. Ok. Agree. But look what they are serving. Plate lunches, sandwiches, burgers, fried seafood dinners, beer, girls in shorts. It provides what every guy and/or family wants. Prices are reasonable and for what the food is, I would say good, not great. I lived off Burbank for a few months and would spend many afternoons on my Mondays off drinking some tin roof blondes and snacking on fried pickles and getting a few pounds of crawfish Togo. Just what I needed.

I don't understand this either. Who overrates it? I like Sammy's and love to go there when I am in town, but I never hear people saying it is Emeril's.
