I really like wedge salads. Even more so on a really cold plate.

Guess I will have to get one for lunch now.

I have been known to order a wedge as an appetizer and then a dinner salad as my entree for lunch.

I order the wedge salad and ask them to chop it up for me before serving. Best of both worlds.

I don't think I've ever had a wedge salad and had to google to see what it is. I'll have to give it a go.

My favorite wedge salad is with Blue Cheese dressing. Also depends where I get it I will go with the house dressing.

I dont see Marie's as often any more. I like that Blue cheese dressing.

Cousins always on the shelves now..the Creole Tomato is delish..Blue Cheese not so great.

I'll use that Creole Tom as a remoulade, tartar sauce, etc

As far as wedge, that's the only way I like iceberg. And I'll usually leave anything stark white on the plate.
