Who's Going to be the First Guy to Ask for Crawfish Boiling Recipes and Tips?

The dam is going to break very soon. Only a small leak so far.

The window lickers who "steam flavor" into crawfish by pouring powder on them in an ice chest are always my favorites.

Now, PC, the only commercial outfit up here that does that is from(drum roll, please)...just east of LC.

Turrible. Never seent it done in LC, typically only by folks from around Lafayette.
