Who else likes turkey neck stew

I've been making that stuff for decades now and it is one of my comfort foods. Cheap to make and tastes so good when in a rich brown gravy and over rice for an easy to fix dinner.
The only hard part, and it really isn't all that hard, is picking the meat off the neck bones so there's none in the meal when it's time to eat.
I have a nice size pot of that cooking down as I type this to have for dinner tonight.
I'll probably make me some jalapeno/cheese cornbread to go with it.

You have to suck it like it’s a pecker and you’re an A&M fan

That's why I cook down the necks until the meat gets tender, remove them from the gravy and pick all the meat off the bones then return the meat to the gravy.
No bones to eat around that way.

I've said this before on here.
No cut of meat makes a better gravy than turkey necks. I brown mine, then cook them in the pressure for about an hour. Then I make a gravy with them.
