The guy is from Houston Texas, a city and state known for BBQ. He won a food network competition show based on his cooking judged by professional chefs, and it's BBQ. BBQ isn't some kind of Master Chef cuisine.

No, I'm not excited about this show and now that I know more about the nature of it, I doubt I watch unless by accident. I guess FN wanted another food travel/competition show, but this is disappointing. Doubt I'd watch Jay do a similar show other than for local interest, perhaps.
Oh, and you're a real jewel of a guy. You should go back and delete some of your posts to Brag. They were unrelated, uncalled for and just plain juvenile.
