Willett sold 57 barrels to Hirsch back in the day. So it’s probably hit or miss, I’ve had some that vary wildly. This one is 7 years 7 months, and is very good. Not quite as good as the 9 yr that I have, but still very good.

Yeah, owner wasn't there when we visited either. The person leading the tasting told us the owner is from Louisiana and his 3 boys are starting at LSU this fall.

It's unlike any bottle I've tried. I really enjoy it. Rich tobacco and leather notes. Definitely recommend.

I’ve never seen smoke wagon in La. I’ve found all mine in Texas or Illinois.

You can find the regular smoke wagon in Texas. But if you pay attention to their website you can get the UCUF when they release it and they will ship to La and Texas for a very reasonable price.
