I didn’t get one of the EC picks from Calandro’s, I have them from 3 other places and honestly I’m not blown away. The ECBP A, B, C’s that come out yearly are easily better.

For those of you that have had it, thoughts on EC18? I’ve seen mixed reviews on it. My local shop called me earlier and said they had a bottle for me ($160).

The problem with EC18 is the proof being low compared to other offering in that price range.

Oh, I did. It’s one of those things that they aren’t outrageous on their prices so whenever they call me I always buy whatever they call me about. Even if I don’t want whatever it is I can pass it on to my friends or someone in my club.

I'm biased towards higher proofs in general, but EC18 has my full endorsement. I wouldn't hesitate to get one at retail. It's delicious.
